Property.onlineshopping.co.za is a free property website.
If you are an estate agent or private individual you can list your property For Sale or for Rent at no cost. Its 100% free.
Just click on the register link (http://property.onlineshopping.co.za/register.html ), fill in your contact details and wait for the activation link, which will be sent to your email address. Once you have done this, log in to your account and click on the LIST A NEW PROPERTY link and just follow the simple instructions.
RULES
- Only place ads for individual properties, bulk adverts will be deleted immediately.
- Please note: We are not a traditional classifieds website so please do not place the same advert twice. Our system display’s properties by area and not by the last placed advert so it will be of no use to you and will mess up our search results. It you are caught doing this your account WILL be closed.
- It is your responsibility to remove your advert. All property listings are displayed on our site for 120 days. 5 days before your advert is due to expire you will be sent an e-mail giving you the option to re-new it. All you need to do is click on the renew link and it will be displayed for a further 120 days. If you want your listing to be deleted just ignore the email and it will be removed from our system automatically. If your property is sold or rented out before it expires please log into your account – click on the MY PROPERTIES link, scroll down to your advert and click on the SOLD/REMOVE link.
